Refund and Returns Policy

Packages leave from Lisbon (Portugal) with Mondial Relay / Inpost.

To Portugal (3-5 working days) – 4,50€
To Belgium (5-7 working days) – 8,50€
Shipping costs are free for orders over €100 to Belgium and Portugal.
To France (5-7 working days) – 9,50€
To Spain (5-7 working days) – 4,50€
To Netherlands (5-7 working days) – 12€
To Italy (7-10 working days) – 9€
To Luxembourg (7-10 working days) – 11€
To Poland (7-10 working days) – 12,5€

Delivery time is indicative! Please note that sometimes when the package is larger it takes longer to be delivered.
! During the month of December, the transit time of parcels is 2x longer !
Stay Calma is not responsible for package losses and transit times.

You have 8 days to collect your package. Once this period has passed, the package will be returned to our offices.
If you wish to collect your package, we can send it back to you without any problem, the delivery costs will be at your expense.

You have a period of 14 calendar days after you’ve received your package to cancel the contract and inform us that you will return your online order. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment, including any customs charges.
If you are in Lisbon, It is possible to arrange a return in person, please send an email to info@stay-calma.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

– Be reimbursed via a gift card
– Be reimbursed with the same payment method as the purchase
